Ad script generator

Updated 2026-09-06 · Risk-term list version 2026-08-15c

This is a free ad script generator that runs entirely in your browser. Say what the product is, paste your own listing copy, and it returns a 28–32 second script: three hooks for the A/B cells, a beat plan with timecodes, a shot list with camera notes, and the risky phrasings it found in the copy you pasted.

It is a rule engine, not a model. Six narrative angles are scored against a category knowledge base with every adjustment printed beside the score, and the lines are filled from that category’s own lexicon. The same input returns the same script, so two drafts can be compared instead of re-rolled.

It does not make video and it does not rule on compliance. What comes out is text you hand to a creator, a production partner or any generation tool. Flagged terms come from the list published on this site — 23 Chinese and 22 English entries for shapewear, 116 across five categories, version 2026-08-15c — and a hit is an item to check, not a verdict.

What this ad script generator returns

Every row below comes out of the same engine the product runs, not from demo data written for this page. Left is what you get; right is where it comes from.

What you getWhere it comes from
Three hooksThe category's own hook library (12 in each language for shapewear), reordered per angle so two A/B cells never test the same line
A beat plan with timecodesThe angle's beat weights normalised over the category's default runtime — how long the demo runs is computed, not guessed
A shot list (visual / camera / on-screen text)Each beat's render hint picks the camera language; the product's exported storyboard calls the same function
The angle score and its arithmeticA category prior plus per-item adjustments for price, rating, review count, checkable-spec count and platform — each one printed next to the score
The flagged phrasings in your own copyThe same list scans the listing bullets you paste (23 Chinese and 22 English entries for shapewear, version 2026-08-15c)

It scans your copy first, then writes

The order is deliberate, and it is the one difference here that can be stated plainly: the script is written after your own listing copy has been scanned, not before. A flagged line never reaches the material pool — lines with a safe alternative go in rewritten, lines without one are dropped whole. So you see two things at once: the script, and the sentences on your listing it would not repeat.

It scans what you pasted plus the generated voiceover, captions and all three hooks. Across five categories the list holds 60 Chinese and 56 English entries; shapewear and skincare are built out deepest, the other three carry only a thin starter profile — absolutes for tech and generic, the most obvious health claims for pet supplies. The shapewear list downloads in full as CSV and JSON under CC BY 4.0, so does the skincare one, and the changelog is public. If you only want the scan and not a script, use the free checker instead.

The six angles and the beat plan each uses

An angle is not a label; it is an order of beats plus a split of the runtime. Switching angles on the same product changes whether the problem or the proof comes first and how many seconds the demo gets. This table is the skeleton the generator actually uses.

AngleBeats and their share of the runtimeWhat it is doing
Pain / Solutionhook 17% → problem 21% → demo 29% → proof 19% → cta 14%Open on a problem the viewer already has, then show the product resolving it on camera.
Unboxing / Reviewhook 14% → demo 34% → proof 26% → offer 14% → cta 11%Use the credibility of a first-person, hands-on review to carry the conversion.
Day-in-the-lifehook 16% → problem 19% → demo 35% → proof 16% → cta 13%Do not sell the product — show a day it fits into, and let the product appear the way it actually would.
Social proofhook 15% → proof 30% → demo 27% → offer 15% → cta 12%Lead with the fact that many people already bought it and were happy.
Price anchorhook 15% → offer 26% → demo 26% → proof 18% → cta 15%Set up a high reference price the viewer already carries in their head, then land your price against it.
Myth-busthook 17% → problem 20% → proof 29% → demo 23% → cta 11%Take a belief the audience already holds, show why it is wrong, and land the product as the correction.

Each angle's hooks with the reasoning behind them, plus the beat timings and shot types for a 28-second cut, sit statically on the six ad-angle pages — readable without generating anything (casting, setting, props and the shooting and post notes are shared by the whole category and live on that family's hub rather than being reprinted six times). The voiceover and captions are slot-filled from your own product, so they exist only once you generate. For what a finished script looks like end to end, the UGC ad script examples page publishes the half that finished videos never show you.

FAQ

Does this ad script generator use AI?

It calls no model. It is a rule engine over a category knowledge base: the angle library sets the beat skeleton, the category lexicon fills the slots, and the flagged-term list scans the result. The upside is concrete — the same input returns the same script, every point of the score is explained, and it keeps working after you disconnect. So is the cost: it never improvises, the sentence shapes are the ones in the lexicon, and anything personal you write yourself.

Can it generate the video too?

No, and that is deliberate. We do not make the video. This page produces hooks, beats, a shot list and a brief — hand them to a creator, a production partner, or feed them to any video generation tool you like. Separating “decide what to shoot” from “shoot it” is this product’s position, not an unfinished feature.

Can you see the listing copy I paste?

No. The angle library, the category lexicons, the flagged-term list and the whole engine download with this page and then run in your browser with no network request — open the network panel and check, or disconnect after the page loads and watch it keep writing. Results exist only in this page and vanish on refresh. The site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and runs no analytics.

It flagged wording my listing has always used. Why?

Because “always used” and “never pulled” are different facts. The entries come from published platform ad policies, Chinese advertising-law provisions on absolutes and false claims, and phrasings that keep appearing in real product copy we have scanned. A hit is an item to check, not a ruling — the platform’s review and your own legal judgment decide, and the list itself has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Every hit says why it is risky and what to say instead, so you can disagree entry by entry.

Can I use the generated script commercially?

Yes. The hooks, beat tables, shot lists and templates on this site are free to copy, modify and use commercially with no attribution. The generated script is the same — it is filled with your own product facts, so it was yours to begin with.
